In line with the commitment to transparency and community involvement, Ikorodu West LCDA commence a consultative meeting with stakeholders to review progress and plan for the upcoming fiscal year 2025.
The meeting, held at Ward E, brought together residents from Okeoko, Isawo, and Igbo-Olomu to provide feedback and suggestions for the development of the local government.
Mr. Nurudeen Olusola Tobun, Council Manager, welcomed participants and emphasized the importance of community input in driving progress and development.
The Executive Chairman, Hon.(Chief) Sulaimon Kazeem Olanrewaju, FCA, FCTI, highlighted the achievements of the past year and expressed enthusiasm for working collaboratively with the community to address their needs and priorities.
Various stakeholders, including CDA Chairmen, youth representatives, and community members, raised concerns and made requests for infrastructure improvements, security enhancements, Sport facilities and social Services.
The Executive Chairman assured residents that their feedback would be taken into consideration in planning for the next fiscal year and reiterated the commitment to inclusive governance.
The meeting concluded with a pledge to work together towards the common goal of a vibrant and prosperous Ikorodu West LCDA.
